Refund policy
Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product may show normal use but must not have any physical damage. Items that are physically damaged may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a partial refund.
Proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please include your receipt or order confirmation inside the return package to ensure proper processing.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the returned product(s) only.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

with details and photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping
To return your product, mail it to the address listed above after receiving return approval.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
